
Do you sometimes find yourself with a little extra fruit and not sure what to do? This happens to me often.
Luckily Liz saved me from this dilemma when she asked her Twitter followers if anyone would be interested in a guest post.
I quickly accepted the invitation and went to work to use up my leftover tangerines.
After careful consideration, I settled on a tangerine pie topped with a lovely swiss meringue.
I decided to torch my meringue and it turned out like soft, sweet, marshmallow-y clouds on top of the smooth tangerine pie.
