Homemade Caramel Ice Cream (Guest Post at Cooking with Books)

Thank you for stopping by, but today is a happy day for BFB. I am guest posting over on my friend Nelly’s blog, Cooking with Books. I know you all remember Nelly from her lovely post about soursop and the delicious smoothie recipe (if you missed it, check it out here!). Today I am sharing my homemade caramel ice cream (no ice cream maker required) recipe. It is delicious, creamy, and ridiculously easy. I also got the idea to make a Miranda. Which is basically oven warmed fruit topped with ice cream.

It was amazing, too. But if you don’t feel like adding in the healthy part, just go for the ice cream and stop by Cooking with Books for a tasty end of summer treat.

Have a lovely weekend friends!
